Injection molding robot loading and unloading equipment

The equipment adopts a double-layer conveyor belt, the upper layer is used for conveying material pallets and finished empty pallets, and the lower layer is used for conveying material empty pallets and finished products.

The material pallet and the finished product pallet are transported by the same conveyor belt, the material pallet is in the front, the finished product pallet is in the rear, and the conveyor has a sensor to detect and identify which pallet the current pallet is. The QR code laser machine is placed above the loading station of the production line to laser code the finished product. The finished product is then transported by robot to the injection molding machine.
